Return a wrong or damaged print
Because we sell premium original quality photography prints, we understand that your expectations are high. If there is anything wrong with your print (damaged packaging, printing issues or simply a wrong item), we give you the following alternatives:
- Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value
- OR give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods
WheelsOnWalls will pay the return fee for damaged or wrong items.
TO REQUEST A RETURN OF DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM:
Please contact us at email@example.com stating your order number (as displayed in your “Your print has been dispatched” email) and a proof (photo) of wrong or damaged item. We will then take care of sending you (by e-mail) a prepaid Return Label for you to print and send your package back to us. You will be contacted for print replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us about your return or exchange request. The right to withdraw your order will be exercised without any penalty except for the return shipping cost.
Once we have received your return, you have the following choices:
- To choose a new photograph of an equivalent value
- To receive a WheelsOnWalls gift cheque for the equivalent amount
- To be reimbursed for your order
TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before the 14 days limit stating your order number (as displayed in your “Your print has been dispatched” email) and your choice of return (exchange, refund or gift cheque). You will be responsible to pay and print a return label addressed to Artefact Collection, 8 rue du Baou 06110 La Gaude, FRANCE. The print(s) must be returned in perfect condition or no refund/exchange/gift cheque will be authorized.
No returns or exchanges can be requested after 14 days of delivery.
