Shipping Information

Where do you ship from?

Our Fine Art lab is located in South of France; all of our orders ship from there. We exclusively work with FedEx and DHL for their excellent delivery record and quality of service.

We very rarely have import taxes on our packages, although if you were to be unlucky, you are 100% responsible to pay for those import charges at delivery. Since Brexit, UK orders are more likely to be impacted with these unpredictable taxes.

What is the usual delivery time?

All prints are made to order following strict guidelines to respect the quality of the original artwork, this means at least 4 business days to get your print ready for shipping. EXCLUSIVE sizes are custom-made on a different machine, with the consequences of a longer dispatch time.

Will my print be safe during shipping ?

Absolutely, our packaging will protect prints on any worldwide shipping. It is important to note that to respect the high quality of our fine art, we NEVER ship rolled prints. All prints are shipped flat to keep the photographs in perfect condition.

What sizes are available?

All prints are available in 5 sizes: S, M, L, XL & EXCLUSIVE, either framed or unframed.

UNFRAMED prints can be purchased either in standard Centimeters OR Inches format for easy framing on your side, depending on your location.
Unframed sizes :
S (20×30 cm or 8×10″)
M (30×40 cm or 11×14″)
L (40×60 cm or 16×20″)
XL (60x90cm or 24×36″)
EXCLUSIVE (100x150cm or 40×60 in)

FRAMED prints are ready to hang, coming in superb aluminum frames by German manufacturer Nielsen Design. S, M, L and XL framed prints come mounted in a 5cm wide matboard, and EXCLUSIVE is displayed in a stunning aluminum black floater frame.
Framed sizes :
S – 20×30 cm image inside a 30×40 cm frame
M – 30×40 cm image inside a 40×50 cm frame
L – 40×60 cm image inside a 50×70 cm frame)
XL – 60×90 cm image inside a 70×100 cm frame
GIANT – 100x150cm image in a 105×155 cm frame

What type of paper do you use?

We print our images with archival inks on Canson Infinity Platine Fibre Rag 310 gsm, a 100% cotton fine art paper with satin finish.

This museum-grade paper provides excellent image sharpness, optimum color graduation, and its unique satin finish makes it ideal for printing detailed work, color photographs, and exceptional black-and-white photography.

Are prints signed by each artist?

All Certificates of Authenticity showcase the original signature of the photographer. The print comes with a stamped signature of the photographer on the front of the print.

Return & Exchanges

How do I return a wrong or defective item?

Because we sell premium original quality photography prints, we understand that your expectations are high. If there is anything wrong with your print (damaged packaging, printing issues or simply a wrong item), we give you the following alternatives:

  • Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value,
  • OR give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.

WheelsOnWalls will pay the return fee for damaged or wrong items.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Are you unhappy with your print or did you change your mind? We accept returns for up to 14 days after delivery of your print. Here are the following alternatives:

  • Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.
  • Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.

Customer is responsible to pay the return fee for returns and exchanges. The print will have to be returned in perfect condition. If the print is damaged, you will not be refunded or granted an exchange.

No returns or exchanges can be requested after 14 days of delivery.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use: Paypal (pay with your Paypal account) and Stripe (pay with your debit/credit card). Both are third-party services.

Is my credit card info secure?

Absolutely. We won’t share your personal information with anyone nor does WheelsOnWalls have access to your credit card, debit card or any bank details, thus making your payment secure.
